Raw Vegan Falafel Recipe

This is a great dish to share with your family and friends. It is not something I would eat everyday, because it is a bit high in fat content, but it tastes amazing! I would make these every now and then when I want to make special for dinner 🙂

Raw Vegan Falafel Recipe:

Servings: 14 balls


1 medium zucchini

1/3 cup pecans

3/4 cup almonds

1 scallion

2 orange carrots + 2 purple carrots (you can also just use 4 orange)

1/3 tsp Himalayan salt

1/2 lemon juice

Handful of parsley


  1. Add everything to food processor and process until finely chopped and well mixed.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Dehydrate for 6-7 hours in the dehydrator
